20 South landing is a great multi unit commercial building built by Deveraux Development in the RM of McDonald on the outskirts of Winnipeg. Powertec did all the base building electrical as well as five design build tenant improvements. The work consists of

• CO detection, panel and verification
• 600A 120/208V service and 100A/200A services for tenants
• Lighting and emergency lighting
• Parking lot receptacles
• Design build electrical for tenant spaces
